By accessing or using the RUDX website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice.

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

You may request a cancellation before your order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Contact us at support@rudx.in for cancellation requests.

RUDX dashcams come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse. For warranty claims, contact our support team with proof of purchase.

RUDXLABS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
