01How do I install the RUDX dashcam?

Installation is simple and takes less than 5 minutes. Mount the dashcam on your windshield using the included 3M adhesive mount, plug it into your car's 12V power socket using the provided cable, and you're ready to go. The cable can be tucked along the edges of your windshield for a clean look.

03What SD card do I need?

We recommend using a Class 10 or UHS-I microSD card with a minimum 16GB capacity. The S-100 supports up to 128GB, while the 2K Pro supports up to 256GB. For best performance, use cards from reputable brands like SanDisk, Samsung, or Kingston.

05Does the dashcam work in extreme heat?

Yes! RUDX dashcams are designed for Indian conditions. They can operate in temperatures from -10°C to 60°C. The devices use high-quality components that can withstand the heat inside a parked car during summer.

07Does RUDX offer installation service?

While our dashcams are designed for easy DIY installation, we're working on partnering with car accessory shops across major cities to offer professional installation. Stay tuned for updates!

02How do I view recordings on my phone?

Download the RUDX app from the Play Store or App Store. Connect to your dashcam's WiFi network (displayed on the device screen), and you can instantly preview live footage, download clips, or share them directly from your phone.

04What's in the box?

Every RUDX dashcam comes with: the dashcam unit, 3M adhesive windshield mount, 3.5m car charger cable, USB cable for data transfer, user manual, and warranty card. SD card is sold separately.

06What if I'm not satisfied?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. If your dashcam has any manufacturing defects, we provide free replacement under our 1-year warranty. Contact our support team for assistance.

08How long does the dashcam record?

Recording time depends on your SD card size and video quality settings. With a 64GB card at 1080p, you can record approximately 8-10 hours of footage. Loop recording ensures the oldest files are automatically overwritten when storage is full.
