1Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is defective, damaged, or not as described. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
2Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been physically damaged by the customer, items without original packaging, and products returned after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for return.
3How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@rudx.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
4Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Razorpay refunds typically reflect in your account within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
5Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
6Warranty Claims
For defects discovered after the 7-day return window, please refer to our 1-year warranty. Contact support@rudx.in with proof of purchase for warranty service.
