Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden charges or minimum order requirements for free shipping.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after order confirmation and payment. Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) may receive delivery in 3–5 business days. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website. Order status is also available on your Orders page.

We currently ship to all pin codes across India that are serviceable by our logistics partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@rudx.in with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
